Q. When is the Information Builders Summit 2018 User Conference?
A.

This year's event will take place Tuesday, May 22 to Friday, May 25, 2018 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. Although sessions and labs begin on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., there are special Customer Education classes being offered Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. The Conference conveniently ends at Noon on Friday, giving you plenty of time to get home for the long weekend, or you can stay and enjoy all that Orlando has to offer at the special Conference rate.

Q. What meals/receptions are included in my registration?
A.

Information Builders will provide conference attendees with the Tuesday night Area Welcome Receptions and Solutions Pavilion Dinner, Wednesday night offsite event, Thursday night Ask Gerry - President's Open Forum and Reception, breakfast Wednesday – Friday, and lunch Wednesday and Thursday.

Q. How can I make changes to my conference registration?

Any changes to your original registration should be sent via e-mail to summit@informationbuilders.com.

Q. How do I make hotel reservations?
A.

A special guest-room rate of $145 has been reserved for Summit 2018 attendees at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. All rates will be extended to Summit attendees three days prior and three days following the event, based on availability. You can find out more about making hotel reservations here.

Q. What is appropriate attire during the conference?
A.

Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference and evening events. Casual attire is recommended for Wednesday night's offsite event.

Q. How do I reach the conference site (regional airports, transportation, etc.)?
A.

Information Builders Summit 2018 User Conference will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek, just 12 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation costs are the responsibility of each attendee. Discounted round-trip airport/hotel ground transportation is available via Mears Shared Ride Shuttle. Please be sure to select the center image (van) for the shuttle reservation.

Hotel parking is complimentary based on space availability.

Q. Can I bring a guest to the conference?
A.

The companion program allows you to bring an adult friend or family member to several Summit 2018 events. Companion tickets are $745 and can be purchased either on-site at the conference registration desk or online.

Q. What is the weather like in Orlando, Florida in May?
A.

The average high temperature in this area during June is in the high 80s, with the average low in the low 70s.
